The visit covers your main distribution panel, all accessible outlets and switches, and your lighting circuits. The technician also takes time to listen to anything you've noticed — flickering lights, warm outlets, trips on a particular circuit. Afterward, you receive written notes organised by area, which you can refer to later or share with another tradesperson.

You're welcome to supply your own switches, outlets, or light fittings — we'll install them carefully. If you'd prefer guidance on options beforehand, we're happy to discuss suitable choices when you get in touch to schedule.

For a standard household panel, typically three to four hours. Panels with more circuits or those requiring more thorough cleaning and labelling may take a bit longer. We'll give you a clearer estimate once we know more about your setup.

All work is carried out with the relevant circuits de-energised before any connections are touched. We follow the procedures set out under Malaysian electrical regulations, and work is tested before being returned to service.
